You'll learn about every aspect of professional dental assisting, including anatomy and physiology, preventive dentistry, patient care and communication, radiology, pharmacology, anesthesia, assisting in specialty practices, employment strategies, and much more. You'll also have the opportunity to be placed in a paid dental assistant trainee position at a local participating dental practice so you can learn while you earn.
