Project Lead The Way


PROJECT LEAD THE WAY, is another Dual-Enrollment program with Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT) which was developed by a consortium of colleges of engineering and industries to “increase the number of young people who pursue engineering and engineering technology programs requiring a four or two - year college degree, provide clear standards and expectations for student success in the program, reduce the future college attrition rate with four and two-year engineering and engineering technology programs, provide leadership and support that will produce continuous improvement and innovation in the program, and contribute to the continuance of America's national prosperity.”

The typical registration fee for RIT courses through this program is $200. The RIT courses are recognized by Arkansas Tech Univ., University of Colorado at Colorado Spring, DeVry University, Duke, Eastern Michigan, George Southern, Milwaukee School of Engineering, NH Tech. Inst., and Oregon Institute. Of Tech., Oklahoma State, Old Dominion U., Penn State, Purdue, San Diego State, Seattle Comm. College, U of Maryland - Baltimore City., U. Of Minn., U of Missouri-Rolla, U of New Haven, U of South Carolina, U of So. Florida, University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, U of Texas at Tyler, Weber State, Worcester Polytechnic Inst.
