Introduction to Horticulture |

This one-semester course will explore the world of plants. Students will learn basic plant biology to discover how a plant functions. Labs will include learning about and sampling exotic fruits and vegetables, plant identification, designing a flower and vegetable garden. Students will have an opportunity to grow their own houseplants.
