RGB Finance Committee Meeting: September 6, 2006

Meeting called to order at 5:00p.m. by Frank Lamb

             #1. FY 2008 Allocation Plan - same as last year; Insurance pending; Greg will talk w/ Mr. Pembroke on what’s included; meet w/MAUMS and MAU; prepare info for Nov. 15th meeting; review allocation agreement.

             #2. Format FY 2007 Annual Report/FY 2008 Budget Request - lively discussion on format and substance of format; overall great job done by Greg with just a bit of modifying and clarifying to enhance report.  Subject of un-designated balance funds was discussed and explained.

              #3. Negotiations of Contracts - Frank and Claude will be a part of the in-house negotiating team; Bob K. will assist with SVSU.  

              #4. Sending School Numbers - explanation of difference in numbers between semesters; at this time, numbers look good.  Fall enrollment numbers will be handed out at  November Board Meeting.

              #5. Finance Committee Meetings - dates acceptable to all present; Un-needed meetings will be cancelled.
